Sorry, but this feature is not related to VoiceOver users. And by the way, i don't recommended to acctive this because that we are getting double announcement ones from VoiceOver, and ones from the feature that called announce calls. I recommend to turn it of and not to use this for blind

There are actually a couple of ways you can set up your iPhone so incoming calls will not be announced. 1) Manually turn on “Do Not Disturb” keeping in mind that if you have permissions set for some callers to bypass this their calls will still be announced. 2) Go to and select the option
