Just finished building, testing and installing perl 5.12.3 for OpenVMS
Alpha V8.3. Everything appeared normal throughout. Afterward I was Just
plinking around with the perl documentation utility and noticed that it
does not appear completely functional:

I am currently attempting to build the perl 5.20.2 release on OpenVMS
Alpha V8.3 and I get an error part way through the build. Taken at face
value it would seem that not all of the needed dependencies for the perl
