We have a similar problem and we have checked the Windows settings -
they are the same for our folks. I have asked the question twice here
and never gotten an answer that works. Don't know what to say.

I believe you just have to go to options on the server pc. On the
authentication tab you select No Authentication. If I'm wrong, others
will correct me.

I have WinVNC loaded on two remote machines to which I have given 7 of
us permission to connect. I controlled that via an access-list on the
router to which the machines connect. I have the same access list
applied to both connections.
All of us are running the same versino of VNC 3.3.3 R7 We co
