Nichts, du bist einen Link zu weit gefolgt.
Ich denke, dass die Kommentare unten auf der raspberrypi.org Seite bei
der Fehlersuche nützlich sind.

Steht aber bei mir so drin. Ich nutze ein fertiges image und habe in der
rc.local nichts verändert. Also geh ich mal davon aus dass das schon immer so
da drin stand.

Die funktioniert. ABER:
Wenn du hwclock per Hand aufrufst musst du ein 'sudo' davor setzen.
In der rc.local braucht kein 'sudo' davor, weil die rc.local eh als sudo
abgearbeitet
Also ich muss die hwclock mit sudo aufrufen, dann funktioniert es. so steht es
auch in der rc.local drin.
