Yes, some express cards require you power the card down from the little Card icon in the top right menu. This stops drawing power/info from the card before then ejecting it. Otherwise some cards do Kernal panic the machine. Better to do it that way generally anyway. Kind regards Daniel Sent

Thanks Ronni! I got most of that but tap My Documents has me stumped as I don't seem to have such a folder on the iPad and while I can put files on the iPad vis iTunes and find them in Pages when I open it, I cant transfer a new or imported document to the computer other than vis e-mail.
