Hi:
I have a starter pack for eWorld, the old Mac ISP. It is in pristine
condition and free to a collector from a MUG. I will even post it to you.
Seems a shame to throw it away.

Hi:
I am an ECU staff member having trouble connecting to the wireless:
ECU-Access and ECU-Mesh. Anyone out there managed to do it? And if so, how?
Also, any staff member out there using the Convivity VPN client
successfully? If so, how?
Any advice appreciated (off list please)

Hi:
I am just wondering if anyone out there who is an active player of the SIMS2
game on their Mac experiences computer crashes and/or kernel panics?
Hi:
I did something silly. I backed up my old Powerbook onto my iPod with it
working as a hard drive, which worked well. BUT I didn't back up my music
thinking I could download my itunes library from my iPod to my new machine.
I have gotten my new machine and see this is not the case. It seems
I have been downloading free ABC Radio National Podcasts from iTunes Music
store which now has a podcast section.

After a massive clean up, we have the following software. Make an offer if

Norton Utilities 2001: Windows 95*
Stuffit Deluxe 7.0: Mac OSX and Windows
Weighing in on the award debate:
I think it is a good idea, but:
1. I think entry should be limited to people who have purchased a product in
the last 12 months.
2. They can only cast a vote for the retailer where they purchased if they
think they got excellent service from that retailer.
3.
TIVO hasn't stopped commercial television in America. People with TiVo get
measured (all their viewing info gets sent back to TiVo HQ and sold) and it
delivers better metrics to advertisers than ever before.
And by the way, if you think programming and commercials are poor in Perth,
try living in
if you need more info.
Kind regards

I agree with Onno.
In fact, I have my email client set up so that html email will not load
properly--I will only view others' emails in plain text.
The reason for this is not my bandwidth (although that may affect other

Hi All:
A work event was professionally filmed and burned to DVD, saved as an

My work owns copyright to this very short film.
I wanted to edit it to make it a bit shorter, but when attempt to import it

Hi Everyone:
My husband and I have sold about $5,000-$7,000 worth of stuff, big and
small, on eBay. We have always been paid by the consumers, and they have
always been happy with their purchases (as our feedback shows). The most
expensive single item we sold was $1,000. The cheapest? $10.

Hi:I just came from the USA where 17 laptops are becoming common. What you
find is that the cheapest you can get one for (HP, etc) is about $2400 AUS.
(That obviously doesn't include shipping etc.)
The drives are all DVD/CD-RW as DVD-RW comes at a higher price. All have
wireless cards in them.

I want to record sounds that other applications are making inside my Mac.
Specifically, I would like to listen to streaming audio in my car.
As I can't connect to the internet while driving, I need to stream the audio
(which I can do) and then record it using another application and then
Sorry, one thing I forgot to mention. All the audio I am streaming is
voice--radio interviews and such, so no sophisticated music requirements
apply.
Thanks.
