YES ! But, I had problems initially and as a consequence I keep a separate Netscape user for access to Telstra. They supply a Security certificate which resides in the Browser user Preferences. Note : Only Netscape , as Explorer is NOT available for Mac. I am using Netscape 4.74 but any 4.7
