That's ok John, I have all my email Accounts setup as IMAP on the iPad, so they have these extra mailboxes, a POP account probably does not. On my Mac one is a POP3 Account the others are IMAP, but IMAP is better than POP on the iPad, because IMAP is more conducive to checking your email from
