Regrettably this requires Office 2004 or later to be installed. I
don't have Office installed as I use Open Office 3.1. Microsoft have
bee touting xps. as a alternative to pdf but I cannot see much value
if one has to have MS Office to use it!

Does anyone know of a reasonable xps. viewer? I don't have MS Office
for Mac so currently I have to put the file in the shared folder, open
windows through parallels and then view the file using Ms's viewer.
This seems very clumsy but unlike Adobe MicroSoft dont seem to have a

Thanks, I have actually looked at this but considered it too expensive
for the number of xps files I get. It is about $125 and considering
the MS viewer for windows is free it seems pricey
