If you mean four or more times, Juanita and Sarah come to mind.

I would have a hard time even thinking of someone who was mentioned
twice.
The two most obvious ones would be Sarah and Juanita.

Hey, Mrs. Anderson - did you leave your heels right in the middle of the
livingroom floor?!
You know, messing up the house is not part of the fun to me. In fact, I was
going to spend one day just cleaning the house thoroughly, but I came down with
a cold and haven't had the energy to do that.
Wasn't Ernie Gilley the guy that owned the car that Goober dis-assembled in
the courthouse? Also I did hear somewhere that the character Frank Meyers
was named after the production assistant.

Last week someone mentioned the inspectors name being the same as one of
Andy's friends.
Steve, this reminded me of something else. In the last episode of season one,
Bringing Up Opie, Andy is scolding Opie for handcuffing a boy named Ralph
Baker to the flagpole. Then in the second episode
Oops! I just realized I made a big mistake. I posted earlier that Sarah and
Juanita were two invisible people mentioned on TAGS more than twice. I
forgot that the original question was about invisible *out-of-towners* being
mentioned. My goof -- sorry about that!

Is it just me or did the winner of the Kentucky Derby and Preakness (the
jockey, I mean) sound a lot like a favorite Mayberry character? Looked like he
was having even more fun than throwing rocks at windows.

I read in USA Today that Andy has been named to some conservation board for
the state of North Carolina. They believe in keeping him busy I guess!

Hey there! I'm looking for a mannequin of Barney to sit in my Squad car.
Does anyone have any ideas to pass on?
I sure appreciate it!
Thanks, Brad

I always thought the idea might have come from this 1950's comic book.

Last week someone mentioned the inspectors name being the same as one of
Andy's friends. I noticed the same type thing with the Production
Manager in the credits. The man's name who owns the first house you see
coming into Mayberry is.Frank Meyers. The production manager's name
is also
The character of Frank Myers and Myers Lake were both named after production
manager Frank Myers. When shooting wrapped on that episode (Mayberry Goes
Bankrupt), the real Frank Myers kept the mailbox with his name on it as a
souvenir.
Later, his son Charles Myers was an assistant director on

I want to thank all of you that wrote to me after the last episode about
when Opie and his friend were walking towards the house and throwing the
baseball, the house looks like it's standing in an isolated area.
The crew of TAGS really knew their stuff when it came to the haunted
house. If you look at the aerial shots of 40 acres you'll see that Aunt
Pittypat's house
In another episode, 'Barney On The Rebound' Crowley's Market is in place of
Monroe's Funeral Home.
It's only natural that a market would move into the old funeral home. They
already had a cooler!

Orville,
I'm afraid you got the wrong Gilley in Wedding Bells for Aunt Bee. Fred Goss
found a poker chip in Gilley Parker's pants, not Earl Gilley's. I believe the
other 4 episodes you list Earl Gillie's name are all of them, although
sometimes it is Earlie Gilley, not Earl Gilley. And he was
