I am sorry to hear about the accident you and your wife were in. Thankfully the
both of you were not seriously hurt. It's a scary thing to be hit by another
vehicle. I too was in one a month ago and it wasn't serious but it rattled my
cage! I wish you both a speedy recovery.

keep right on with the parades and appearances. You bring a lot of joy to
people, you introduce youngsters to TAGS, and you obviously enjoy it, too. And

expressed how all of the many TAGS fans feel about Mayberry and the entire
show. I look forward to reading many more of your reflections about

On BuzzrTV this week I saw Ken Berry dancing in a commercial for PaperMate on
the old "I've Got a Secret" from 1963.
You could tell it was Ken from his smile.
I like watching the old game shows from the 1950's and 1960's to see the hair
styles and dresses.
The men were always in suit
Ken the Christmas you described were similar to mine growing up. The good ole
days of simpler times (born 1951). Wish my kids could have experienced what I
had enjoyed.

What Ken experienced with the "bigger city" cops doesn't surprise me.
Ken's experience immediately brought this to mind. The episode Manhunt,
where a bunch of the (supposed bugger authority) state police come to
Mayberry to look for an escape convict.

Ken that one made me cry. Even at the young age of 44 I see the same thing in
my home town. The 2 Drug stores with the old soda fountains that I visited
every Saturday, the Five Dime, Hardware Sporting goods store along with all
the others are all gone. The buildings are empty or have
Andy Griffith, and Ward Cleaver are Wonderful role models, I agree with Ken!

Well, my mission to hurt Ken Anderson for his bad jokes has had a slight set
back. Changing busses in Currituck was more of a problem than I expected.
Seems I couldn't find anybody who knew how to spell Eau Claire so nobody
could tell me where to go. There was this one fella who did tell me

good folks who contribute often to the digest. I really look forward to seeing
