Watching a local PBS show "The Songwriters" based in Nashville. They interviewed Jim Weatherly who wrote "Midnight Train to Georgia" and "The Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me". Mr. Weatherly was a friend of Jim Nabors. Jim got him in touch with Dick Linke and he was Mr. Weatherly manager.
