I do like the radio button idea. I'll run both approaches past the
client to see what they'd find more intuitive. If we end up sticking
with the 3 list approach, can you make selections via Javascript?

OK I've put a rough demo up. Start at
http://thenvqcentre.co.uk/admin/quals.php to list all qualifications in
the system (there's only 1 so far for testing). From here either create
a new qualification to see the course units list fully populated or edit
