If you add your own model, you will likely need to add it to your
Resources subfolder for it to be built properly. If you put it at
root level, your default settings likely won't pick it up.

DirectToiPhone looks great. I just wanted to give out a couple of
extra tips that I used to get it working:
1. The OpenBase backup file CoreiTMS.bck is in the CoreStore
folder. You need to use the command restore from ascii in OpenBase
and point to the file. The command Run

Given your description, it sounds like you are trying to use the web
assistant. You won't be able to do that with WOnder. You now have to
look at Rule Modeler which you will find with the Wonder downloads.
