I can confirm this.
It looks like the fix is to remove the USD from the default values.
The USD could perhaps be replaced by a generic symbol or word, or,
just leave it out altogether?

Maybe there were more webmasters on at the same time. Perhaps this adds
to the load ... although it should not.

I'm not quite sure cause the numbers vanished from
/show_bug.cgi?id=54206. BTW ... the wrong
link also shows in all readme for all languages; so, the readme points
to a wrong page for a large number of people who choose it.
