I copied /etc/weewx/apache/conf.d/weewx.conf to /etc/apache2/conf-enabled
Then I edited that weewx.conf file to reflect the proper directory as being
/var/www/weewx
Then I restarted apaches with sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

Until now we don't know the data format of a thermo/hygro station. That's
why the code in the raw parsing is missing.
With help of the debug data of Joachim we could find out the missing
protocol and complete the driver.
