I did some more checking and the WU API keys and calls have changed. If you upload to WU you can get a new key. But until the forecasting code is updated they will not work because they change the API calls. Any timeline for issuing a new forecasting addon WeewX? For those that have not seen

Sounds good and I'm glad you found a way to customize it. I had to use moment.js because of the background updates and the various time formats that update with it (header, forecast, earthquake, charts). The pro is that all the dates will look consistent, the con is that it doesn't allow for

The —clear-memory command does just that - it deletes all the data held in the logger. That means that any data that has not been collected by weewx would be lost. The —dump option downloads everything in the logger to weewx, which will (should, does, at least with MySQL) reject any records
