perhaps Muni's condition is perhaps even worse than that of Kyambogo.
Let hope the administrators will do their best to make the University a
quality institution of higher learning.

Unanimous decision by parliament to establish Muni University.I must say am
happy, but wishany questions.Its alleged infrastructure is already
available.is it capable of handling a University?? Isnt that the same
