Unanimous decision by parliament to establish Muni University.I must say am happy, but wishany questions.Its alleged infrastructure is already available.is it capable of handling a University?? Isnt that the same mistake made when establishing Kyambogo University??? Isnt next academic year (starting in September) too near for setup?? Let us learn from our mistakes.we should not settle for less, least we rot away.
