I have confirmed from a reliable source that Muni University has nothing at all to do witj Muni NTC and that d NTC will continue operating separately. I have also confirmed that devslopment partners from Korea and other parts have contributed financially and in other terms to the planning and development of structures and infrastructure for the university. Benchmarking was done all over Ugandan universities (I personally net the acting University Secretary Father in Kyambogo about 2 months ago) and without being pessimistic, am hoping for the best over time, thats if its establishment is not based on political capital and later frustrated by jealous individuals from othrr circles.
