What I tried to find the problem:

I put a print_r( $module ); into
/var/www/koppwiki/includes/api/ApiMain.php
and found in the result-array that the problem is a *.ogg-file I have uploaded.
The permissions are the same as with lots of *.jpgs I have uploaded. And I have
enabled *.ogg in the mediawiki-configfile.
