RootsWeb/Ancestry went through a similar issue a week or two ago, and RootsWeb
have made significant changes to mailing list reply-to addresses to manage
this. It is total BS,

Is it possible for someone with a hotmail account to try adding the mailing
list to their address book/contacts? That 'should' get around a blacklist issue
