Thanks! Also, I've just found a way to at least recover any information that
may be in the damaged course:
1. Go to Special:Courses page and using the controls there, delete the course
with no name.

OK, I think I know what happened here.
It looks like the course was originally created with no term. This was possible
with the previous version of the interface for creating and editing courses,
though it
