I've been meaning to post a word of congratulations to the WikiMedia
Foundation on our list, who recently announced exiting changes to their
licensing policy.
Following a positive community vote, the WikiMedia Foundation have passed a
resolution to relicense the content of their
Congratulations to all of you.
Looks like Wikieducator made a good decision with cc-by-sa

CC-BY-SA was the right decision for the time --- we had the advantage of
starting WE a little later than Wikipedia. We also support the CC-BY
license in respect for freedom of choice under licenses which meet the
