Most pages on WikiEducator are editable. However, the tutorial pages
receive a high volume of traffic so they have been locked.
I would suggest asking your question in the discussion area (Click on
the discussion tab at the top of the page. Then click on the 'Start
new discussion') of
Raj,
Please make sure you click on edit after you log into your WikiEducator
account and save when you finish editing a page.

WikiEducator's trying their new-founded editing skills on the tutorial pages
:-) -- To help us keep the management of these high traffic pages to a
minimum, they are protected from editing.
