work that goes into reviewing the proposals.
We did find a few areas that we felt still needed clarification – in
some cases the assessment seemed to contradict itself

WMF staff have indeed posted our staff assessments of all 11 submitted
proposals. This is one of the inputs to the Funds Dissemination Committee
deliberations.
