It has been a big few weeks for movement strategy. Working groups
published scoping documents in March; the core team, working groups,
spent three whirlwind days in Berlin discussing our future with
representatives from the organized segment at the Wikimedia Summit;
and right now

1. Everyone keeps on mentioning the word " money". How much was spent on
the strategy thus far by WMF here? I keep on searching for this information
I can't find it.

I am happy to share that earlier this year, the Wikimedia Foundation Board
of Trustees approved our newest Wikimedia chapter - Wikimedia Korea!

I'll ask the obvious question - why is it not Wikimedia South Korea?

Refreshing to see some positive development here again, after all the
complications, setbacks etc - welcome to your new status WMKR! It was
always a joy to see you at work in activities, looking forward to hearing
even more from you again :)

Not sure what communities you are talking about here, but as far as I know
onwiki community discussions are completely and totally abandoned by the
Working Groups, even in meta. I
