you, and did not leave
an edit summary, in most cases an administrator, you will find that yours
was 1 out
of 10 they have made in last 60 seconds or more , with that kind of
editing they are

I do not see what community this is being
controlled by;
1. there are no notice boards, or request for
administrators, like they have in other wiki’s etc..
2. there is no
arbitration committee, or problems resolution section to go to,
etc..
3. there are no open rules on blocking.

based on a series of misunderstanding.
coming from page stalking on talk pages and watching list edit tools.
and the fact that anybody can go to the Steward
requests/Global
page and ask for a block with out any text
what so ever
and no
their group email to request Global IP
