I had registered myself before the registration last date, but failed to fill
up the Google form to specify the program which I want to attend before the
registration last date, is that is the reason I haven’t received any
participation links yet? Or it will be send soon?

The registration was open for a month. We wanted to keep this quick/instant
registration option open for Wikimedians.
Thanks for the suggestion. We have removed the edit count mention. You may

I have some concerns about your criteria of experience. It is only
considering the online activity but is completely ignorant towards the
offline work. Following the information on meta, I wouldn't qualify for
instant registration. I registered earlier, but there might be others
interested but
