Just an add to Ashwin; not only English Wikipedia; any Indian language
Wikipedia or it sister projects IMO. I totally agree with Srikanth and Ravi
as well. Two years of hard both domestically and internationally work might
help.

However we should also work to organize people (1.2 billions' country,
million articles), and we face difficulties to get people.

That would imply taking more responsibility in community and
international events both online & offline to develop the "biodata"
and become reasonably well known. On the other hand, English Wikipedia
initiatives finds lack of volunteers.
If anyone wants my vote, I'd like to see some online action.

Thanks for sharing the result.
I am not happy with this result for several reasons.
I was expecting one Indian this time -- it is of course a reason of my
unhappiness, but more importantly I think several things are unclear.
*Point 1: So many neutral votes?*
