The name of our encyclopedia is *Wikipedia*. It is wikipedia in all
languages. In odia it is
Subhashish, if it's a registered trademark as they claim, then it is
certainly not worth using that name - too many hassles.
That said, I ran a trademark search
http://124.124.193.236/tmrpublicsearch/tmsearch.aspx and couldn't find
anything.
