I don't have any firsthand experience with a redundant PRIZM
installation, but I do remember the installation manual from Moto
including instructions for setting up replication between multiple
database servers. The license server can be set up to be redundant too

Intremeta's BOSS is not a Sales/CRM system though. It can kinda be used
