Netflow I am having to write a Java daemon, but I am having some
initial success. Looks like a couple more days of programming and I

Getting off their blacklists is nearly impossible

I've got a friend who reviews applications on a contract basis for the
federal Dept of Education. Very common practice when so many
applications come in at once. Their process is to have three reviewers
look at each application. They average the three scores and then only a
percentage move
I think they confuse the delete button with the spam button over
there at AOL.

I haven't had a chance to read this NOFA yet but have seen some of the
summaries. I won't be applying for anything directly but may get involved
with a few projects around the county through others. One of the difficult
issues will be for those who want to provide service in underserved areas.
