They do not match the FCC rules for the US UNII bands. They are the same
radios just not locked down correctly.

Not all work is required to be prevailing wage, but the state sure will try to
peg you into a category. I had a couple interesting calls with the DoL.
Don't forget that there's at least 50% more in other types of benefits that you
