I can understand this a little, but mail mail servers can be just as complex, and I can find tons of people willing to get paid by the hour to support me on any flavor of mail server on any version of Linux. I'd be willing to pay a nice hourly fee to get my problem fixed. If you have an install

There are companies that do open source support day in, day out. Anything Linux. I am sure there are more companies that expand to BSD. It isn't impossible, just charge by the hour. Xymon is supported by a community and I believe there is a company or two that offers paid support. On 11/24/09,
