Agreed, but little gems are still being found all the time as leases expire, etc. Never hurts to check, but you are right that eyes should be wide open and one needs a proper expectation of the cost and work involved. This is definitely not stuff done on an adhoc, unprepared basis. - Patrick

Is there a documentation/reporting requirement of EBS spectrum holders that requires them to report who they leased their spectrum to, and when/if they leased it? In other words, does the FCC search just show the original spectrum holder (educational insititute) or also the subleasee? Tom
