For the past few years we had used the EZ-RJ45 shielded ends, which I liked
myself due to ease of seeing the wire colors (partially colorblind). We
hired some techs last year they had problems with bad crimps using them,
also had a bad pair of the matching crimpers that was not crimping pins

We've done this from time to time.
Use stainless screws, regular ones rust after just a few years.
Make sure that the customer knows that you will have to re-aim the antenna
from time to time. Things may have to be trimmed depending on what kind of
tree it is etc.

We found the last 3 boxes of Tough connectors we've purchased have had
issues staying snapped into NanoBridges. They just won't snap in and work
their way out just enough to cause failure over time. No issues with any
other radio's - just NB's. Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

Yes, after crimping any wire end pull tab out as most crimpers we have used
compress the tab.
We use UBNT ends with no real issues... over a thousand plus with two
missing a single wire contact, which did cause a little time finding the
issue... but had seen this in other brands as well.
arcflex 6 I think has two shields, you'd have to verify - and its cat6
outdoor cable
