We use Tigerpaw CRM. A little pricey but it has a dispatch board for
scheduling installs and service calls. Also allows us to track inventory for
our customers and tower locations.

We're also looking to deploy Wimax at a couple of our tower locations to
provide higher bandwidth to business customers and take a load off some of
our 900 APs. One vendor we are looking at is Vecima Networks. Anyone out
there using VistaMAX 3.65 GHz from Vecima. I would be very interested in

there is an opportunity to serve some LOS customers as far as 5 to 10 miles

Chuck,
We have been looking seriously at the Netsapiens SNAP solution. I see in
previous post that you are also using Platypus. Any luck integrating
Platypus with Netsapiens to perform billing and provisioning?

Vox has reasonable rates if you are a WISPA member. We have used them for
about 2 years without any issues. Management billing is a bit cumbersome
if you offer anything other than unlimited services.

We use 5.8Ghz PTP PTMP and 900Mhz PTMP to reach customers on the other

the edge of the lake shore. SM's are approx. 25 feet above the water on the
other side. This site has been running now for about 18 months without any

We run into the same scenario. Frontier bought Verizon and because of the rural
area maintained ILEC status. No Portability. We were able to get around this in
a few areas by partnering with a CLEC that had DID’s portability rights in
these areas. Use this site to search for providers.
Vitality’s Fax Enable product allows ATA with fax machine but they have a
monthly minimum. FaxSipit is another company we have used that does Fax ATA
services with no minimum. Both work well.
