If you set it for say -80 it will lower the power if you're at -60 or -70
down to make it hit -80.
Now if you have a -130 noise floor then maybe that'll function, though
poorly, but you'll never ever hit the higher modulation rates that need -65
for example.
-60 is good, just leave it there...
