I have been throughly impressed with the RMA process at Ubiquiti. I had some blown up Bullets and they processed the RMA very quickly and had new units back to me within a few weeks. After dealing with the extremely long RMA process that Tranzeo has, it's refreshing to see a company like Ubiquiti
