Right. My point was that Nick said you don't need more than -60, but if your interference is at -70 to -75, you do need more than -60. ;-) - Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions Midwest Internet Exchange The Brothers WISP - Original Message - From: "Art

Probably would have to request to pro-rate a portion of the membership. Send an email to adm...@wispa.org and they might be able to help. Regards, Chuck On Mon, Dec 12, 2016 at 11:03 AM, Matt Hoppes < mattli...@rivervalleyinternet.net> wrote: > Does one's WISPA membership need to be expired

Does one's WISPA membership need to be expired before the yearly cycle resets? Example: Account expired on 09/2016. WISP just renewed now. It shows it expiring 09/2017 instead of 12/2017. How does one "roll the date" so to speak, like you can do with your inspection/etc to get it in sync

If you set it for say -80 it will lower the power if you're at -60 or -70 down to make it hit -80. Now if you have a -130 noise floor then maybe that'll function, though poorly, but you'll never ever hit the higher modulation rates that need -65 for example. -60 is good, just leave it there...

Just starting out using cambium ePMP gear. For configuring multiple APs on a single tower the frequency reuse requires all APs on the same tower to have their Subscriber Module Target Receive Levels set the same. What are the pros and cons between SMTRL of -60 and say -80? What should these be
