Other than this 3.9 is looking good with all the scenarios I have tried.

Yes, I think it will. I did a quick comparison of the 3.9.702 to 3.9.720
changes in the source. ( I have to use my in-development setups to move
other applications to QA on a regular cycle.) So I am using the 3.9.720 with
