[WSG] Menu sits above the line in IE - anyone see why?

I've been trying to figure this one out for a while now, and I can't see what's wrong. (I'm learning - but painfully slowly it seems) The top navigation menu sits where it's supposed to in Firefox (the bottom of the menu should touch the top of the white 'content' area) but in IE it's about
