see what's wrong. (I'm learning - but painfully slowly it seems) The
top navigation menu sits where it's supposed to in Firefox (the bottom of
the menu should touch the top of the white 'content' area) but in IE it's

from the Disability Discrimination Act - they are discriminating against
people using particular software, but not people because they have a
[meta-data]

you could, very easily. in fact, if you have major questions about
meta-data i recommend asking a librarian :)
when you get into serious meta-data and controlled vocabularies, you
discover an entire industry.
