All your headings are items in a heirarchical list.
It is not a list of headings, its a list of items. The items should
be styled appropriatly. Also, the items may well link to a heading.

Others may have a different
ant margin around the outside of the table)
Also, i think it would be in your best interests to validate your
work. There are heaps of issues reported when I validate it.
