Text browsers: there are a few like links that are exeptions to this rule. Normal browsers with Javascript turned off. You might be surprises how many people do that. Internet Explorer has a serious JS vulnerability so it would make sense for those users to turn it off. Search Engines Rendering

On www.brisbane-webdesign.com there are two background images on the page, both included within the mark-up instead of in the CSS as a background. The reason for doing this is so that the background stretches when the browser is resized, what I wonder is; is there a better way to do this?
