Couple of quick observations for you: Mac - In FF/Camino/Opera the drop menu breaks when hovering over sub items (it's OK in Safari) - I have 50px - 140px of white space at the bottom of the background image (depending on browser - screen res. 1920 x 1200) - Will the flash be animated?
