Hello, JC,
teamviewer and VNC have already been mentioned and are both solid choices for
remote desktoping.
Yet another option: ssh with XWindows forwarding.
ssh -X user@remote.computer wsjtx
This is something any Linux-y OS on the TRX end of things happily provides, just
install sshd.

Hello, all,
trying to install wsjtx_1.7.0_amd64.deb from
https://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx.html
on my Debian Jessie computer, I run into these problems:
WSJTX 1.7.0 wants version 5.5.0 or newer of libqt5core5a, but Jessie has

WSJTX 1.7.0 wants version 5.2 or
Hello, all,
I harbored some suspicion regarding the "DT" numbers as displayed by
wsjtx in WSPR mode. Today I made some experiment, and indeed: DT
showed an offset of -0.8 s, even though the two clocks were in
perfect sync.

I set up two laptops side by side. I saw to it their clocks

Hello, WSJT-X development team,
I installed WSJT-X from wsjtx_1.4.0-rc2_amd64.deb on my Ubuntu

But WSJT-X does not show a menu bar. I cannot enter settings
such as call sign or locator. Pressing F1 or F2 results in no discernible
fun this afternoon with WSJT-X, thanks again,

Tuning is not only about getting the SWR low. It is also about getting
the power level right. The tune button is perfect like it is right now.
I set everything up correctly with the tune button. Then, when I start
for real, output suddenly jumps to 4x my intended power. Given German

Hello, Joe and all,
I realize that (especially for code like that summarized above) I'm
probably the one best suited to do this work. But I would value any
organizational suggestions on how best to arrange our source-code tree.
Here is one option we have for the library build problem, as far
