Hello Joe et all
certainly Lance is making QSO's but seemingly only with the stronger
stations or when he has ground gain. When he is Transmitting on any of the
TX2 TX3 lines the smaller stations (like myself and many others in VK) see

Hi Conrad,
What is the status of the FO/W7GJ expedition? Is Lance making 6m EME QSOs as
planned? I am concerned that he may not have adequately tested use of a
compound callsign in JT65 and Q65 modes with WSJT-X 2.5.0.
We have ident
gh to download an installation
package, I don't know.

We have identified four problems that are likely affecting Lance's

Well typically Lance asks that if you decode him you start with TX2.
To conserve battery/generator fuel, Lance does not call CQ on
expeditions, directing callers to call blind, and answering those he

This may have already been reported but couldn't find it. Attempted to

Hi all,
this is probably not a bug, but it's a trap for new players!
I'm using a compound call. Occasionally my CQ will get answered by
another compound call. But, the FT8 format doesn't have room for a
payload, when we both have a compound call.
