Hasan, That's not entirely correct. RC3 can decode RC4 TXs, but RC4 doesn't decode RC3 TXs, unless you set RC3 to 77-bit messages in settings. I have been running RC4 on and off for the last several days. I can get spots on PSK Reporter from stations running RC3. It's just that if they
