Bill, It looks like a Qt bug to me. I had deleted all of the UHF and above frequencies from the frequency list.  That is why the combo box list was too narrow. I added a 10 GHz frequency back to the frequency list.  Now the combo box list is wide enough for everything but the 10 GHz entry.
